Canada Mines Minerals and Oil & Gas Map. This map shows the principal mineral area, producing mines and oil and gas fields throughout all of Canada. It's jam packed with information. Shows the location of commodities such as gold, copper, coal, nickel, lithium, uranium, zinc and many others along with supporting graphs depicting production by province and for Canada as a whole, plus the value of those commodities. Depicted as a mine site or quarries. Steel mills and automobile shredders are also listed, just in case you're into that sort of thing. A detailed index offers more information pertaining to the resources available at each site. Tells the user which new mines have opened and which have recently been closed. Includes the basic rocks types - sedimentary, metamorphic and volcanic and geological faults. Oil and gas fields, oil sands mines major pipelines.
